Work at SISYPHE looks at the water cycle and the cycles of elements transported by water in catchment basins, integrating their surface and underground components. More specifically, the issues tackled concern: water resources and their management; the biochemistry of continental waters; human impacts; hydrological and archaeological applications of geophysical exploration; energy resources and storage of waste (including CO₂).
