This project has been completed in 2008.

The European Network for Earth System Modelling which gathers about forty laboratories and institutions working on the understanding and forecast of the climate system evolution, has submitted a project under the european call for proposals "implementation of an e-infrastructure for understanding and modelling the Earth System" (FP7 Specific Programme "Capacities").

The Paris Climate-Environment-Society consortium funded the application phase. The IS-ENES project has been accepted in 2008.
